Why meditate?

Studying or working in the legal profession is stressful. Stress = Cortisol.

Cortisol is a hormone released by the adrenal gland as a result of stress.

The brain functions at a reduced capacity and memory is impaired when excess cortisol is released.

Excess cortisol damages body functions and is linked to stress related illness.

Meditation reduces the impact of stress and the build up of cortisol and re - sets the nervous system for optimum function and focus.

And... where is your vibration today ?

In the book, Power v Force, David Hawkins, explains the different vibrational states of being and how they impact life. By changing resting vibration the emotional state changes, bringing focus, clarity, a sense there is more time, relaxation, deeper connection and less reactivity. Life becomes a more blissful, peaceful experience, and our relationships improve.

The highest vibration we can attain is Bliss, also referred to as " immutable " or peace.
